Cost: £9 per session - this includes essential art materials, tea/coffee/squash and a biscuit!

£5 membership each year (only after a while if you would like to carry on being part of the group🙂)

STUDIO GUIDELINES

· If you are not independent, please ensure that you have the necessary help and support to come along with you.

· Please contact your tutor to notify in advance of any absences.

· If you feel unwell with anything that could be contagious to others, please do not attend the studio. 

· Please keep all items out of walkways and exits, and follow any other health & safety instructions given by your tutor during the session. 

· Please report any accident or incident during your session to your tutor.

· We ask that you show care, consideration and respect to all staff and fellow students.

· Please give consideration about confidentiality with other participant’s information (what is said privately in the group stays within the group and is not discussed outside). Please tell your tutor if anything discussed might be a safeguarding issue or makes you worried or uncomfortable. 

· We are committed to treating everyone kindly, equally and without discrimination. Please respect this during your session and speak to a tutor if you have any concerns.

· In the event of a fire, please follow the instructions of your tutor - exiting through the fire exits to Wallace House Community Centre's assembly point at Evesham Library car park.
